Most\u00a0recently, we completed the 2nd International Quintessence Dental Arab Conference<\/a> (IQDAC),\u00a0hosted by the Riyadh Colleges of Dentistry\u00a0and Pharmacy on April 24-26, 2013.<\/p>\n

Held in the capital of Saudi Arabia, IQDAC is the among the few that are hosted in the Middle East. With caries remaining a serious problem\u00a0for 70 percent of Saudi children with permanent dentition, the conference stemmed from\u00a0a desire to meet and exceed the high demand for\u00a0global innovations in dental and oral health.<\/p>\n

The event theme was \u201cA New Era in the World of Dentistry\u201d and showcased the most recent advances in the science and art of dentistry.\u00a0The 2-day conference featured sessions with a panoply of world-renowned speakers on topics\u00a0including\u00a0minimally invasive solutions,\u00a0contemporary endodontic procedures, challenging tooth prognoses, and infectious risks of implant dentistry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
